Sadly as of end of CY2013 the MCSM program has ended.  It is hoped Microsoft Learning (MSL) will develop an advanced certification program in the future as well as the program group will develop as qualification program similar to the original Exchange Ranger for partners and SME’s.

There are also TechEd session to check out too.  Also Lync Conference (lyncconf.com) and find your local user group.

Once you’ve masters Lync then there is the world of SIP and integration.
